The Foundation for Audit Quality (FAQ) is an autonomous, non-partisan and not-for-profit organisation.
The material available on the site (the "Site") is hosted by FAQ for general guidance and for the purpose of providing the user, general information of interest. The FAQ name and logo are trademarks of FAQ. The said marks can only be used with express prior permission from, and a license agreement with FAQ. Unauthorized use of these will be prohibited to the fullest extent of the law. Written approval can be requested from, webmaster or by the use of "Contact us" feature.
Third-party links are provided as a convenience to our users. The responsibility for any of these sites or their content will not be with FAQ and FAQ does not control the same. The following web link activities are clearly prohibited by FAQ and may present trademark and copyright infringement issues:
