The FAQ is pleased to organise a series of webinars on year-end reminders which would be relevant to companies as they approach the financial year ending 31 March 2022. This series of webinars will cover updates relating to the following themes:

  • Series 2: Important topics on auditing matters, and
  • Series 3: Other important updates from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and other regulators

  • Companies (Auditor’s Report) Order, 2020 (CARO 2020) and guidance note issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on the same
